My career in Artificial Intelligence and smart systems started in 1985. Since then I have worked with the U.S. Air Force, NASA, Harvard University, Case Western Reserve University, and Fortune 500 companies, and have authored many software solutions and scholarly publications.
Over the years it increased my frustration that Artificial Intelligence merely provides pre-programmed “if-then” type rules and falls short of the real need of the industry which is to harness its intellectual capital whose loss is causing unsaid amounts of losses.
It took me about nine years of research on my own time and expense to study advanced principles of psychology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, advanced mathematics, optimization, and behavioral sciences to come up with the first blueprint of MindModeler™. It took many more years, and set backs, to test the theories, and pieces of software in real-world situations.
